Since 2014, Mr McCaffrey has been a NHS Consultant Trauma + Orthopaedic Surgeon at Altnagelvin Area Hospital within the Western Health and Social Care Trust. His NHS trauma practice includes general adult and paediatric trauma with a subspecialist interest in foot and ankle trauma. His NHS elective practice focuses on the treatment of hip and knee arthritis via arthroplasty (joint replacement) procedures.
