Healthcare Assistant (Cosmetech)

Due to continued expansion and increased workload, Kingsbridge Private Hospital are now seeking to recruit additional Healthcare Assistants for their Outpatient department. The role will be based across all of the Kingsbridge Healthcare Group clinics in Belfast. 

Location Costmetech, Maypole Clinic, 5-7 Shore Rd, Holywood. May also be based in any of the other Kingsbridge Healthcare clinics.
Salary £19,000-£22,060 (pro rata)
Department Outpatients
Contract Part time, permanent
Hours 20hrs per week (with potential to increase)
Responsible to Outpatient Manager
Accountable to General Manager

Job Summary

To actively participate in the provision of a high quality, effective and efficient Outpatient Service. The post holder will ensure that high standards of service and care are maintained in accordance with the Company ethos and practice. The nature of the role will involve travel between all of the Kingsbridge Healthcare clinics, therefore applicants must have access to own transport. Reasonable adjustments will be considered for applicants with disabilities.

9.Ability to tailor communication to the patient needs.

Person Specification:

Qualifications and experience required

Essential

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • 2 years’ experience working within a care setting
  • Willingness to undertake training and development

Desirable

  • Experience of working in the private healthcare sector

  • Knowledge of current standards within the service
  • Reflective safe practice
  • Ethical use of information
  • Evidence of problem-solving and decision making skills
