Kingsbridge Healthcare Group are currently seeking to fill the role of a Patient Services Co-Ordinator.  The successful candidate will be based at Falcon Way, Boucher Road.

Salary Band 4.0 – Band 4.5 (£22,000 - £24,900) per annum

Hours 37.5 hours per week
Responsible to Patient Records Manager
Accountable to Patient Records Manager

Job Summary

This new role will be a very fast paced, dynamic and varied role.  Through the introduction of a new ticketing system being brought into the company the post holder will co-ordinate the workflow of all patient facing department queries.   This position will play a critical role in ensuring that Kingsbridge Healthcare Group is meeting its targets and ensuring patients have a smooth transition throughout their pathway.  The post holder will be trained to have basic knowledge in all admin duties across departments . Candidates must have the ability to multi-task, be driven to achieve success, work effectively under pressure and complete tasks to the highest accuracy. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gain knowledge of all departments admin duties.
  2. Buffer between patient queries and patient facing departments.
  3. Direct and Solve Ticket queries .
  4. Answer patients queries within an agreed TAT time via email or text.
  5. Keep patients up to date if any delays with the Group answering their queries.
  6. This will not be a phoned based role, any communication required with a patient will be through a platform of either email or text messaging.  That communication should reflect that of a 5* service.
  7. Push departments for answers when tickets are outside of agreed timeframes.

The above list is not exhaustive and additional / alternative tasks may be required from time to time as directed.

Person Specification:

Essential

Qualifications

  • 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English or Equivalent

Experience

  • Excellent IT skills
  • 6-12 months customer service or administration

Special Knowledge and Skills

  • Ability to multi-task, and work to deadlines
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a wide and varied range of people
  • keen attention to detail and the reliability to convey accurate information
  • Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure.
