Mr Brendan Lacey is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust based at the Mater Hospital in Belfast where he has held a consultant post since August 2000.

Mr Brendan Lacey is a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists and the British Oculoplastic Surgical Society and has extensive experience in phacoemulsification small incision cataract with foldable intraocular lenses. During his year in Vancouver, Canada, he gained a Fellowship training in Oculoplastic Orbital surgery.
