GENITAL HERPES

This image is no longer available

Genital herpes is a common infection caused by the herpes simplex virus (the same virus that causes cold sores).  Some people develop symptoms (small, painful blister) a few days after coming into contact with the virus.  However, after you are infected the virus remains dormant in your body and can be reactivated by certain triggers, for example stress.

There is no cure for genital herpes, but we can use medication to help control the symptoms during an acute episode.

At 3fivetwo we provide anti-viral medication for genital herpes breakouts. Call us today on 0845 60 06 352 to book an appointment.
