Hypnosis has been in use since 3000 BC and has been shown in ancient hieroglyphics by the Egyptians. It simply is a state of relaxed deep focus. It is not about being asleep but is a sleep of the nervous system. No one can be hypnotised against their will and even in trance you can reject any suggestions that do not serve you.

Does hypnotherapy work?
Yes. It has been studied since 1892 and studies in the mid1950s and again in 2001 show that ‘the inclusion of hypnotic procedures may be of benefit in the management and treatment of a wide range of conditions’.
How safe is it?
You are in a totally natural and drug free-state and you can exit anytime you want.
Is hypnosis suitable for any ages?
Yes. Children and young people as well as adults can use it.
What is the difference between hypnosis and RTT?
RTT goes way beyond conventional methods of hypnotherapy. It is like ‘hypnosis on steroids’. Not only are you getting positive suggestions, RTT involves you talking under hypnosis, exploring your issues and viewing them from a different perspective. Your brilliant subconscious mind unravels the issues that have been the root cause of your problem and clears any blocks that are holding you back. Using a variety of modalities, RTT gets to the core of an issue in one 90 minute session although some conditions may require a second or third session.
How quickly will I see results?
Results can be: immediate, accumulative or retro-active (only when looking back do you see the improvement).
How does RTT work?
RTT works by accessing the subconscious mind where we store past memories, unlike regular ‘talking therapies’ which use only the conscious mind. RTT has much more rapid transformational results as the ‘subconscious mind is 30,000 times more powerful than the conscious mind’.
How come I’ve never heard of RTT?

Do I need to do anything?
Yes. While the session changes behaviours, in order for them to be lasting, you need to be committed to listening to the bespoke 15-20 minute recording each day for at least 21 days after the session. It takes 21 days to re-wire neural pathways and permanently change behaviours.
