I am a Consultant Anaesthetist at the Kingsbridge private hospital, based at the Sliigo City Hospital. I specialise in providing anaesthesia for different procedures.

Most of my training has taken place in Republic of Ireland. My special interests include in providing anaesthesia for gynaecological procedures, Vascular, plastic surgeries, general procedure  and ophthalmic procedure

Dr. Amir has delivered lectures to the department and recently has been the organiser of our ICU Morbidity and Mortality meetings and a new initiative, our Obstetric M&M meetings. He is always the first person to volunteer to deliver a talk or to make sure that the medical students are being attended to.

Personal profile

I try to balance the demands of my family and work life. I have interest in gardening and fishing.
