January 2024

Kingsbridge North West launched MAKO Robotic Assisted Orthopaedic Surgery, the first of its kind in Northern Ireland

‘Bloom to Your Room’ launched in Kingsbridge Belfast and Kingsbridge North West

Kingsbridge partnered with The Handmade Soap Company to provide natural and environmentally friendly toiletries to our patients

Kingsbridge were awarded highly commended for ‘Best Hospital’ in the Doctify Patient Voice Awards 2024 and Professor Mark O’Donnell, Consultant Vascular Surgeon was awarded ‘Best Healthcare Professional’ within the medical field

We welcomed Consultants and employees from Kingsbridge North West to a Consultant Open Evening

April 2024

Kingsbridge GP Clinic launched GP subscription plans for individuals and families

We celebrated the 150th bus carrying cataract patients from Cork to be treated for Cross Border Surgery

May 2024

Opened a new £250,000 private Paediatric Unit at Kingsbridge North West, providing 5 star treatment in dedicated paediatric rooms for children across Northern Ireland undergoing surgery, paediatric dental treatment and MRI scans under general anaesthetic.

Kingsbridge North West took part in the Portrush Raft Race again this year in aid of RNLI which marked the charity’s 200th year

July 2024

Saw our Kingsbridge GP Clinic & BUPA Health Centre move across to Kingsbridge Diagnostic & Treatment Centre alongside our Eye Clinic and Dermatology and Cardiology services

Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) launched in both Belfast and Ballykelly providing patients with rapid access to a GP with A&E experience, alongside scans and treatment on the same day

September 2024

Kingsbridge Eye Clinic launched Laser Eye Surgery to our offerings with a unique platform and the first in Ireland to help the aging eye

Kingsbridge North West achieved another first launching its private paediatric MRI service

Kingsbridge Sports Membership officially launched to support clubs and associations with sports rates and additional benefits

Kingsbridge exhibited at the National Ploughing Championships again this year!

October 2024

Kingsbridge won ‘Company of the Year’ at the AIB Business Eye Awards

Kingsbridge became the 22nd member of the Private Healthcare Information Network (PHIN), an independent, not-for-profit, government backed organisation that works to inform patients about their healthcare choices

Kingsbridge North West welcomed Laya Healthcare with a networking morning and a tour of our facilities to launch the new partnership

November 2024

Mr McCaffrey and his team completed their 100th MAKO Robotic Assisted Surgery at Kingsbridge North West. Over 200 surgeries have been completed altogether this year!

December 2024

Kingsbridge Belfast and North West were awarded Gold in the National Joint Registry Quality Data Provider Awards 2024

Kingsbridge North West hosted their annual Festive Family Fun Day with another exciting visit from Santa and his elves!
