Complaints Policy
We strive to provide the highest level of service at all times, however we do realise that from time to time there may be issues arising which lead to dissatisfaction with the services we provide.We would encourage all clients to raise concerns directly with the Managing Director Lena Gillespie.

Should any client wish to make a suggestion or a complaint in writing, it should be addressed for the attention of Lena Gillespie at the address detailed below, alternatively it can be sent by email to frontdesk@cosmetech.co.uk

Complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days and a response will normally be provided within 21 days, once the issues raised have been fully investigated.

All practitioners at The Clinic are comprehensively qualified and insured with recognised professional organisations.

Pre-booked courses
Pre-booked courses are non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation, all or part of the booking fee may be commuted to a future booking at the discretion of The Clinic.

No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of appointment automatically incur the full charge.

Credit must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. No refunds are available for any fully or partially unused credit.

Gift vouchers are valid for 365 consecutive days, starting from the date of purchase. They are not refundable, non transferable, and cannot be suspended for any reason.

Therapies must be paid for immediately after a treatment and are paid directly to reception.

Consultation Fees

Choosing where to have your surgery is not an easy decision. The Consultation is a very important part of the clinical care that our team provide. The surgical consultations require a Consultation fee and there is no refund if the advice and opinion is that the surgery unfortunately cannot achieve what you want. We thank you for appreciating this. It is important to be comfortable with the costs but more important that you select a surgeon with the expertise and experience that you hope for.

Release Of Patient Notes
The Clinic manager will need to receive a written request for the release of patient notes and communications. The Clinic will release the notes and communications within one calendar month of receiving the request. Please also state what format you wish to receive the data , eg electronic, paper, etc.

The Clinic Pet Policy
The Clinic is responsible for assuring the health and safety of all employees and clients. In keeping with this objective, The Clinic does not permit employees or clients to bring their household pets to The Clinic. Animals may pose a threat of infection and may cause allergic reactions in other employees and clients.
