Patient FAQs

1

What are the hospital visiting times?

Visiting times are flexible. However, we do ask that visitors are reasonable with their visiting times and are considerate towards other patients. Visitors are also not permitted to stay overnight with patients.

Please note that due to Covid restrictions our Visitor Policy is subject to change.  Please check at time of check in.

When a No Visitor policy is in place, exceptions are permitted by individual risk assessment or where it is necessary that a patient is accompanied, for example a child or adult at risk

2

What are the opening times to see a GP or attend Minor Injuries Clinic?

Due to Covid restrictions, our GP and Minor Injuries Clinic are only available to attend after an initial telephone appointment:

Monday to Friday 9:00-20:00
Saturday: 9:00-17:00

Do I need to make an appointment to see a Consultant?

We don’t operate a walk-in facility for consultations. If you would like to make an appointment to see a Consultant at our Belfast hospital the most convenient way to book an appointment is to text BOOK to 66777. A member of our booking team will then be in touch to confirm your appointment request.

Alternatively, email info@kingsbridgeprivatehospital.com  or call us on 028 90 667 878.

Please note, it is our policy to request payment card details to secure your booking and we will not be able to proceed with your booking without first collecting card details..

These details will allow us to collect any payment that may be due in a convenient and efficient manner. If you are funded by insurance, or a 3rd party, these details are required in case of any excess, shortfall or non-payment applied by your sponsor.

You will be notified in advance of any payment being processed. Rest assured, your card details are tokenised and securely stored through a PCI-DSS compliant third party, PXP Solutions Limited, and the details are removed in line with our card retention policy which can be found at in our Terms and conditions. We collect card details to reduce the administration and time taken to collect large numbers of small value excesses which enables us to provide all our patients with reduced call waiting times and improved customer service.
