Due to continued expansion, Kingsbridge Healthcare Group is creating new opportunities within the Group.  The Kingsbridge Healthcare Group has an already established reputation for offering the very best in private healthcare.
 
We are looking to fill the full-time role of IT Business Support to facilitate Service Desk tickets, onsite technical support, liaising with 3rd party support partners.  The role will be based at our Falcon Way Training Academy but will be required to travel to other company locations as required.

Location 10 Falcon Way, Boucher Road, Belfast. Occasional travel to other sites as required
Salary £15,000 - £17,000 per annum

Job Summary

Provide first and second line desktop and application support for all IT related resources within the business. Supervise the IT Service Desk ensuring correct Service Desk procedures are adhered to, to deliver a high quality of service. Add value by facilitating and contributing to company IT projects & initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administration of the IT Service Desk.
  • Provide first and second line support for all IT related resources within the business, resolving issues and requests where possible.
  • Installing and configuring computer systems and IT related equipment (Hardware and Software)
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  • Active Directory/Mailbox administration.
  • Mobile security administration.
  • Assist with overall administration and delivery of company software systems.
  • Creation and maintenance of system and procedural documentation.
  • Flexible approach to IT related tasks and issues.
  • Any other duties as required by Management commensurate with the role and within the post holder’s skills and capabilities.

Qualifications
  • Third level or equivalent qualification in an IT discipline or related area.
  • Full Driving Licence and access to a car or ability to demonstrate mobility.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications
  • ITIL Certified
Experience
  • Up to 1-year experience in an IT Support Role.  Additional years of experience will be accepted as an alternative to a formal qualification.
  • 2-3 Years’ experience in an IT Support Role
Special Knowledge and Skills
  • Windows 10 operating systems.
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Hardware and Software analytical troubleshooting.
  • Managing 3rd Party IT Partners
