Marketing and Training Assistant

Kingsbridge Healthcare Group are currently seeking to fill the role of Marketing and Training Assistant. The successful candidate will be based at Kingsbridge Training Academy, Falcon Way, Boucher Road but may be required to travel to other Company locations as and when required.

Hours 37.5 per week, Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm. (evenings and weekends may be required on an ad hoc basis, employees will receive time off in lieu)

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for proposing and assisting in the development and implementation of selected marketing initiatives.
They will provide support in the planning and execution of all the marketing activities of the company, communicating the exciting portfolio of courses and exceptional levels of customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and co-ordinate email and direct marketing campaigns.  
  • Assist and co-ordinate digital marketing to include:
    • Social media (all platforms)
    • Online listings and SEO
    • Blog
  • Assist in website maintenance and in the delivery of engaging content.
  • Generating leads through phone calls, emails and face to face interactions.
  • Copy & print management of promotional materials (to include brochure creation)
  • Literature & merchandise audits, flagging when stock is low and arranging the distribution of literature and merchandise.
  • Using lead generation to create organised lists of prospective customers – new databases.
  • Reporting on course numbers.
  • Tracking marketing efforts and monitoring results.
  • Assist with the preparation and promotion of events.
  • Ensure enquiries and bookings are recorded promptly and accurately on the Training Management System.
  • Customer Database Management - Keeping the marketing database(s) up to date by inputting new data, updating old records and performing cross checks.
  • Manage all records within our CRM system to ensure that future marketing is directed towards all our existing customers (in line with data protection laws)
  • Assist in the completion of customer satisfaction reviews
  • Ensure that brand management and corporate identity guidelines are implemented and adhered to on all marketing material
  • Any other responsibilities as directed by Senior Management

  • Degree in Marketing or a related subject
  • Previous marketing campaign experience
