Kingsbridge Healthcare Group are currently seeking to fill the role of Stores Person within the Stores Department. The successful candidate will be based at Kingsbridge Private Hospital North West but may be required to travel to other Company locations as and when required.

This role is based in Ballykelly, however due to the multi-site locations within the Group, you may have to transfer or deliver stock and/or equipment between sites. The Stores Person will be the key point of contact for Goods receipt & despatch, stock, and replenishment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for assisting with the daily running of Kingsbridge stores. You will help create and adhere to efficient processes to manage the receipt, location, and distribution of all goods delivered to KPHNW. Reporting of any shortages or damages in a timely manner to the Stores team to be dealt with. Stores to be kept tidy.
• Undertake replenishment and/or re-ordering of stores items as agreed by the Stores team. The Stores Person will be responsible for the replenishment of stock at store level. The Stores Person should liaise constantly with the Stores team about stock levels, re-orders and any delivery discrepancies.
• Ensure stocklists are kept up to date and any shortages highlighted to the Stores Lead.
• Participate in the Group stocktakes.
• Porter duties to include moving furniture and medical equipment safely. As and when required.
Communication & Relationships Skills:
• Communicate effectively with procurement, clinical & admin staff. Be accessible and open to requests by clinical staff for support.
Responsibility for Policy/Service Development
• Identify areas for improvement and liaise with line manager regarding how things could be managed differently/better.
