At Kingsbridge North West, our GP led Minor Injuries Fracture Clinic provides you with a 30 minute appointment with one of our private GPs that have experience in the diagnosis and treatment of minor injuries, or A&E experience.

Rapid access to treatments and diagnostics

Should you require further investigations or treatments, our highly trained team of Nurses, Radiologists and Orthopaedic Consultant Surgeons will be available to assist on the same day.  

Patients will have access to state-of-the-art diagnostic technology including MRI, X-Ray and Ultrasound. Should you need surgery then you are in the right hands! At Kingsbridge North West, our surgeons practice the most up-to-date, cutting edge procedures in our state-of-the-art Laminar Flow Theatre which reduces the amount of infective organisms in the air, reducing the risk of post-operative infection.

  • Chest pain or irregular heartbeat
  • Unconsciousness, seizures or stroke

  • Vision problems or severe head injuries
  • Vomiting requiring IV fluids

How can I access the Minor Injuries Fracture Clinic?

Patients can call 028 7776 3090 and select option 1 to 'Book Appoitment' then select option 2 ‘Book a GP Appointment'. You will be put through to a dedicated GP admin team where you will be triaged and offered an appointment within the same day.

If you have experienced a fracture, and require a follow up this will be offered within 7 days of the initial visit with one of our specialist Orthopaedic Consultants.

If you require an x-ray, a report from the radiologist will be available to you within 72 hours.

"My first knee replacement was October 2023, and this was done the manual way. The pre and post op was fantastic for both! There was almost no pain in my hip or rest of my body after the second surgery which was a huge difference compared to my first knee. I was able to continue my physio as normal and I noticed I had more movement a lot sooner with my second knee, the robotic assisted. I could not thank the staff enough and Mr McCaffrey for how kind and understanding, attentive they were. From the beginning, I felt heard, and understood. The nurses, the caterers, the physios, the doctors, pharmacists, it is top class care! Overall, in summary, I would highly recommend going for robotic assisted. It’s still a serious surgery, so pain is to be expected and recovery is not going to be rosy, but it is worth it. The relief I have now in both knees, walking without that bone-on-bone pain, I am grateful. And the robotic assisted was a noticeably less painful, faster recovery.
